Me and my friend wanted new phones and the second we walked in, we were greeted with friendliness. They were even super patient and friendly when we made a few number mistakes! Very good experience, and they even gave me other options to get the phones delivered because they didn't have the color i wanted. They understood my hesitance towards a black one instead of the Lavender purple that I wanted and gave me the delivery option so that I could be happy with the colour i wanted, knowing that we would keep these phones for years. Payment was easy and seamless. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Ryan’s the man. Great customer service, got what we needed done despite another carrier making it very hard. Didn’t feel like the employee was struggling or didn’t know what they were doing, he was experienced and got right to solving our problems.

Ryan the Manager was super helpful finding the best deal and the right phone for my daughter. So excited for her to open up her new iPhone on Christmas morning!

Exceptional costumer service. I was honored to be atken care of by Jessica and her team. They went far and beyond to provide exceptional service. After bouncing around all day to different stores who could not or didn't want to resolve my situation, I tried one last location and ended up with Jessica. Her and her team deserve a rai$e. We were there for more than few hrs due to the way the computet system works. The store was busy and they patiently help each and every single costumer with the due respect and in timely manner. Every single costumer that left the store while we were there left with a smile and with a happy purchase. Noone was turned away or told to come back or call someone else. The team took care of each costumer needs Including mines. Yes it did take hrs to get what I needed but every minute Jessica smiled and took action to get things done.

Ryan was outstanding helping walk us through all of our options! They are always extremely attentive and take their time with you. Definitely recommend this location, customer service is great!
